• Collaborated with the Administrator On-Call to resolve a wide range of issues from staffing shortages to patient influx, whilst working to maintain a safe environment of care.
• i was often the liaison between physicians, nursing staff and patients when disagreements about the treatment plan arose.
• Worked closely with surgery and cath lab teams and their respective physicians to coordinate emergent procedures

I worked in several roles as an RN at PMM (formerly Coliseum Medical Centers). These include 4E/stepdown/PCU, 3W Cardiac Telemetry and Inpatient Rehab. Of note I was a full-time Charge RN on 3W and worked on 4E when it was the COVID unit during the pandemic. Specifically I performed the following duties.

• Administered medications accurately and safely, reducing medication errors and adverse reactions.
• Enhanced patient satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and timely response to their needs.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care plans, resulting in better health outcomes.
• Administered medications via oral, IV, and intramuscular injections and monitored responses.
