I started working for heniff late September of 2024 and have enjoyed every bit of it, I realized it was a career path I actually wake up excited to go to work for and smile the entire time I'm doing it. Yes it has it's rough days of other people not wanting to do their jobs of working on chassis, but I just pick up the slack and don't let it effect me and my attitude for the day. I have nothing but positive things to say about heniff and this career choice but I've come to realization that there is no room for growth in the mechanic/maintenance field here at this company. I've been told there are no raises or any type of bonuses so I see no room to grow in the field of work I want to continue in. Yes I've only worked with them for 6-7 months but I've learned a lot from my superior's and have been on road side calls and inside the shop.

I worked for them for 2 months.

I continued with progressing my career in the asphalt community thinking it was something I wanted to do. I didn't enjoy working around all the drugs that were in this field of work so my crew ended up getting shut down for all of it and I was left stranded without a job.

I worked for kings asphalt for like a month. I ran a shovel moving asphalt for the paver for long shifts all throughout the summer. The reason for leaving them was due to the fact my lady had kids and driving 5 hours to see them on the weekends was getting pretty outrageous and expensive so I moved to Georgia from SC.

At keowee key I worked there for a little over 6 months cutting grass, working on equipment as well as operating a skid steer and tractors of all sorts during the hot summer and cold winter. I got used to doing hard labor and staying constant in the heat or cold. I ended up leaving them to go work in the asphalt community.

I worked at itron for a little over a year. I was an operator, ran an assembly line building gas and electric meters for 12 hours overnight. Ran the line I was on constantly rotating jobs and staying busy working as fast as possible to hit production means.

I ended up leaving them for a better job opportunity pay wise and commute wise.
