  • As an administrative assistant, I had to review commander policies and ensure they were updated and correct. For documents outdated, I had to review the commanders work or write a draft for him to make modifications.
  • Tracked 25-35 permanent soldiers and between 130-160 basic training soldiers daily accountability. This included reporting those who were on leave, appointments, and other reasons preventing them from being present for duty. I also maintained trackers for permanent parties leave, ensuring that any time taken off would be approved in advance.
  • Served as an instructor for 130-160 basic training soldiers. Trained and developed these individuals on the United States Army's policies and procedures and ensured they stayed and maintained daily accountability within these standard operating procedures. In addition, qualified these individuals in weapons marksmanship, operating military tactical vehicles, and other significant areas to ensure overall success for their future.
  • Ensured all areas of operations were cleaned and secured before leaving for the day. This included an arms room with over $40 million worth of equipment, keys for storage containers, vehicles, and offices. Scheduled inspections for security systems, fire extinguishers, and repairs for work orders.
  • Served as Orderly Room NCO; created and maintained tracking systems for over 180 soldiers’ packets (every 20 weeks we received new Soldiers), legal documents, travel vouchers, and personnel records.
