Positive Discipline helps set clear boundaries by being kind but firm, focus on constructive solutions, encouragement over praise, and helping the children feel connection and valued. Peace Education helps the children work with each other, with assistance from a guide if needed, to work through their disagreements together. Grace and Courtesy shows the children how to take care of their environment and how to respect others work and their concentration.
  • Keep daily records of what works the children were introduced to, practiced, or mastered. Posts pictures and notations to each child's portal. Sends daily emails regarding our day, any updates, reminders, upcoming events, and any important news. I also create a monthly summary submitted to our End of Month Newsletter.
