Speakers Bureau- selected, trained and managed speaker-driven programs in the southeast market for both peer and patient-driven programs.

Advisory Boards- served on a 3 member team to develop content for advisory board meetings. Also recruited KOLS to participate in advisory meetings and provide follow up and strategy based on insights gathered at each meeting.

Congress Meetings-Supported all congressional meetings by attending educational and poster sessions, facilitated meetings between KOLS and leadership at TG Therapeutics. Additionally set up dinner meetings with attendees, connecting KOLS with members of the TG team.

Selected Highlights

  • Instrumental in the development of a new Regional Marketing team with a company starting on the ground floor. As an individual contributor, I was hired based on my vas experience to join an 11-person team to support pre-launch and post-launch drug marketing efforts in the MS market.
  • Co-led marketing initiative targeting advanced practitioners in the MS market, including development of brand identity, recruitment of key stakeholders to serve as consultants, and cross-functional strategic planning for national rollout to internal and external customers.
  • Spearheaded concept and co-developed multi-channel marketing tools and programs for latin patients living with MS.
  • Co-developed professional nursing resource binder, housing marketing and patient resource materials used by field-based nursing services.
  • Instrumental in the development, and execution of field marketing management(FMM) at EMD Serono, including piloting of regional and national marketing initiatives and management of the speakers bureau. Served as lead FMM for legal (JRC) review of scholarly articles designated to the Strategic Account Management team.
