My responsibilities include network management, hardware repair, endpoint security installation, software troubleshooting, and front facing customer service. Day to day includes assisting all clients in building with any issues they may have with any program they use and repairing any hardware that is in need of attention. I also train all new employees on the programs they will be using.
Installed and repaired business level coax/fiber/cat6/VOIP networks. Managed customer accounts and educated them on services. Trained new technicians and monitored improvement. Handled most difficult repeat customers which persistent issues.
