Communication Skills

Though high school and college I have been involved in various honor societies and conferences. Just for an example of my communication skills, every year of high school I participated in a national theatre conference where I worked alongside numerous students from across the state and nation. I have also volunteered in several different environments from hospitals to festival with all age groups.

Leadership Experience

Leadership opportunities have come in various forms, however most recently training other workers at Wendy's gave me an opportunity to lead in a work setting in front of customers. TTEC allows me to work in a self-driven environment where I am empowered by my daily metrics and customer satisfaction. I am a leader in my community by continuously volunteering and donating to local blood centers.
