In 2022 I was awarded the Autism Teacher of the Year through the North Georgia Autism Conference

In February of 2022, I was awarded the Autism Teacher of the Year through the North Georgia Autism Conference. I had a parent to nominate me and out of all the nominations I won. I still become emotional when thinking about this. The fact that a parent nominated and said such nice things about me and my work just made my soul glow.
