- Learnt under Dr. Edgar Rodriguez in Whittier, learned kinesiology (movement of the human body) while working with group of other young adults and teens. Attained teamwork skills and can apply them to any area where a group of individuals is involved.
- Worked alongside multiple athletes, given set programs and schedules to train said athletes whilst learning communication skills through the multitude of social encounters.
- Taught skills involved with optimizing workout programs and led athletes to their goals of performance.
