• I am currently a Forensic Health Aide 2 for the State of Georgia at Georgia Regional Hospital, where my duties include monitoring at times over 40 patients who need 24/7 observation. I document all vital signs to include bowel movements, and intake of fluids and food. This is a secure unit so I have to observe the patients in the showers, restrooms and on the floor every half hour to 30 minutes and record all activities into the Avatar system.
• I am proficient in AVATAR and SOG.
• Also, currently certified in CPR and advanced life support. among other programs through the state.
• Familiar with OSHGA and HIPA regulations.
• Have federal clearance through fingerprinting and background checks.

• Inspected all buildings at Hunter Army Airfield to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Maintained effective communication with building managers to address service needs promptly.

Resolved issues swiftly to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• In charge of crews that had multiple disabilities, to ensure all buildings on post were cleaned properly, restocked as needed, and the appropriate chemicals were measured and used correctly in each area.
• Kept online records ensuring all work was done properly and up to OSHA regulations, then submitted.

• Collaborated with specialists in Surgery, Pediatrics, ENT, Orthopedics, and Neurology to enhance patient care.
• Scheduled surgical procedures and managed appointments with hospitals to optimize workflow.
