As a superintendent I have manged projects from 10-300 million dollars. Over many projects i have worked with very large company's with very strict timelines, specifications, and certain requirements due to existing or outside of control needs.
Project list/specs
-Makita tools, 620,000 Sf logistics, repair, operations facility. This facility consisted of 40,000 Sf two floor office/ show room for marketing, operations, accounting , HR. 100,000 Sf landscape training area for demo/ training of products to vendors. 10,000 sf repair facility for tool.
-UPS expansion
This was a expansion to the existing ground operations HUB in Atlanta adding up to 400,000 Sf of additional space. Project required that UPS operations never be impeded or slowed down due to construction. This posed logistical challenges throughout the project.
-QTS data center- current project
-HD supply logistics center 1.5 million SF facility, including 25,000 sf office space for operations, accounting, HR. Multiple mezzanines throughout adding additional space for conveyor systems, racking for product storage.
-Mason road logistics, 400,000 sf facility including a 200' DOT rated bridge for access. This facility was heavy in MEP needs for client requirements due to them being a commercial laundry service.
