As a 22 year old I was dropped into this position here at Prairie Farms with limited experience. I am the only Automation Technician at my job. As a result, I have experience in pasteurization, separation, mixing, storage, and packaging systems. I was forced to learn under the gun and a large portion of my knowledge is self taught.
