Assisting the APSE, Communications, Digital, Governors Ball, and Talent Relations
teams on various production assignments leading up to and on show day.
● Assisting Press load-in and load-out.
● Assisting the Credentials and Publicity offices.
● General office and production duties as assigned by the APSE team.
● Escorting members of the press and media crews around the Dolby Theatre, Grand
Ballroom, and other areas of the Ovation Hollywood campus during set up and
show day of the 97th Oscars.
● Monitoring restricted areas to ensure Academy rules and regulations are followed.
● Providing information to press and media crews as outlined by Academy PR policy.
● Distributing staff support elements meal tickets, parking validations and actively
supporting Academy Staff Logistics.
● This position assists multiple departments working on the Oscars and potential
offsite events and should be willing to help where needed.
