This new portal will be developed using Sitecore XP 8.2 using xDB for personalization. Key features of this site will be Registration for portal and login, security (Auth0), Policy information and transactions like loans, payments, personal information and preferences. Front end technologies like HTML, CSS, React JS, JavaScript. REST API layer for Data interactions. Xamarin is used for mobile applications., Roles and responsibilities in the project:, Requirement Analysis – Involved in client meetings to understand the requirement., Sitecore Solution Architecture - Development of Proof of Concept websites in Sitecore and .NET, Solution prototyping and services to interact with different enterprise systems. Overall applications security architecture., Design & Development –Responsible for designing and developing the key Sitecore foundational component for the customer portal., Leading a team of 4 onsite Sitecore Developers, mentor them to achieve best quality design and code., Project 3: MassMutual, MA, Sitecore Solutions Architect/Lead, Dec 2011– Feb 2018, As part of MassMutual’s Retirement Services tech strategy program, multiple portals, Participant portal, Sponsors Portal, Third Party Administrators portal and Advisor portal are being developed. All the portals are being developed using .NET 4.5, ASP.NET, C#, Sitecore 7.2 as the Content manager server. Portal foundation was a framework for all these portals. The , JavaScript, JQuery. key component that are developed in this program were logging, Service Integration layer framework, Caching solution based on AppFabric caching, Communication center, common message handing framework, Security framework for all the portals, Content Targeting strategy to name a few. Managed by the CmBG Business Strategy & Planning team, the goal of the initiative is to double the net income after taxes for the CmBG over the next 5-years. The Double NIAT application will allow team members to assign target growth rates by division/office, create 5-year plans to achieve their targeted growth, and track actual performance against projected targets for individual offices, divisions, as well as the entire group., Talent Management - The objective of this project is to re-engineer and develop Talent Management Tool for Commercial Banking group.
