Consolidations

• Worked with systems and IT teams to create a resource page for the subsidiaries which befitted the team by eliminating the manual work and saving time.
• Increased efficiency by streamlining data analysis processes and implementing automation tools

Accounting Research

• Researched updated guidelines and presented them as appropriate with corresponding memos such as the segment memo, reporting unit memo, and more.
• Gathered content for a training presentation for one subsidiary to inform them on the Revenue Recognition policy to reverberate the requirements.

Internal Reporting

• Researched, hosted meetings, and presented required changes and new examples regarding the updated Segment Disclosure ASU 2023-07.
• Improved internal knowledge sharing by developing comprehensive documentation outlining standard operating procedures for various tasks.

Internal Audit

• Worked on CAPEX Audit for two subsidiaries evaluating the information provided and discussing with the Subsidiary project teams for an accurate audit with findings.
• Reviewed credit card reports and expenses for accuracy and compliance, identifying areas for improvement in process controls and informing those of the policy.
