30+ years of telecommunications industry. Began my career as a technician on Nortel communications, NEC systems. Increasing knowledge to become a Nortel Engineer. Came to Piedmont during the purchase of Rockdale medical center. During this time learned and managed project to move Piedmont Rockdale and Piedmont Walton from Nortel systems to Cisco. Expansion of my knowledge has increased over the 10 years with Piedmont. Developing skills through problem solving and thirst for increased knowledge to improve resolution for issues that arise and resolve quickly for customers.
