  • Managed the construction document turnover process for a 2.5 million square foot, 5-building Campus. Supervised a multi-company cross functional team reviewing and storing record drawings, test reports and operating manuals during site construction ensuring that all necessary documents were turned over to the operations team
  • Led the development of operating, maintenance, and emergency response procedures for all assets under the scope of facility operations including the development of 500+ work procedures required to maintain 12,000 new assets across a 5-building campus
  • Trained all operations personnel and supporting vendors on technical writing, procedure development, and adherence to company standards
  • Implemented the qualification process for Critical Facility Technicians for the site and coordinated the development of 30+ hours of training in partnership with site subject matter experts
  • Managed document control and change management process for all procedures, turnover documents, and personnel training records for the campus from initial site start-up and through the first 6 years of site operation.
  • Established Corrective Actions Program for the site to include root cause analysis, local work surveillance, and tracking of corrective actions to completion
  • Acted as the project manager for local process improvement initiatives and ensured the campus operations aligned with global company standards
  • Supervised the site transition to a new EAM tool by leading an 8 person team of SME's and Facility Technicians in the review and approval of 500+ technical procedures necessary for transition while ensuring all other pre-requisites for the site were met for transition ahead of time. These efforts directly led to the site being noted as the most prepared site for EAM transition by the company's Lead Supervisor for the tooling change.
