  • Prepping before the shift, making tea, filling chip machines, flipping chairs, and wiping tables.
  • Greet tables with chips and salsa.
  • Taking the tables order for drinks and food, and after that we would ring in tickets through the use of the POS stations.
  • Run food to my tables, and any other food to other servers' tables in case they need help.
  • Pre-bus tables and return their plates to the dishwasher to ensure a clean table before the customer pays.
  • Restocking the dishes we brought back to the kitchen to keep a steady flow of service.
  • At the end of the night, we sweep our section, rack and pack silverware for the next day, and do side work, which changes on a nightly basis. Side work consisted of cleaning the chip machine, cleaning the fridges, cleaning the beverage station, etc.

  • Monitor the parking lot and give carts to any golfers coming in.
  • Cleaning carts after every use, and staging them in the parking lot for golfers.
  • Cleaning golfers' clubs once they finish their rounds.

  • Keeping the cart barn clean, washing towels, filling sand bottles for divots, and putting the carts back in to charge at the end of the night.
