Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Managed AWS migration & CI/CD implementation in this project.
• Weekly basis share the matrix to higher management.
• Access management: Responsible for data access management for business users/customers
• Compliance: co-ordinate with compliance team for application/access security reviews.
• Coordinated communication across various teams and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Lead cross-functional testing and defect management, resolving issues swiftly to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

Description: Spirit is a reporting tool, it develops various reports which shows comparison between billing, ordering and network elements configuration. Data provided by reports are used to fix the discrepancies. In dynamic mode it also fixes discrepancies. Reports generated by SPIRIT played a vital role In Copper Elimination process

Project Description: ESAP, part of the RIV initiative, is an Enterprise Service Activation Platform developed by Verizon Communications. It introduces a new VoIP product for Verizon's Business customers, enabling state-of-the-art Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) for their communication needs. The Retail VoIP solution was rolled out across regions including the US, EMEA, and APAC, enhancing communication capabilities for businesses globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• IVAPP: Integrated Verizon Advanced Provisioning Platform is an FTTP provisioning platform for Voice, data and video
• Ivapp interface with pre-existing provisioning systems for Voice (AAIS- CORE/NTAS) and data/videos (BAAIS)
• Ivapp performs following functions in support of the FTTP network
• Managed assignable Fiber network inventory
• Activates FTTP network elements
• Control service order flow across systems
• Interaction with client for requirement gathering
• Analysis and design of the module
• Coding of Sub Feature Generic Content Designer according to Coding Standards
• Providing the DIT (Development Integration Testing) Support
• Worked on the External Server which acts as a local Server in place of External Systems
• Designed and worked on the Polling Server
