- I started at the very bottom position in the back of this restaurant as a dishwasher.
- I was always the last one to clock out and always stayed late to make sure my station was perfect at the end of every shift.
- I started picking up new abilities while looking around the kitchen watching everything else going on.
- Eventually I made it to line cook, and from there I started to understand the entire line and not just a single station that I was put on.
- Most days and nights while being understaffed or not I was multitasking going back and forth from cooking and washing dishes, and even then still closing late being the last one making sure all of my stations and even others were perfect at the end of every shift.
- A lot of employees came on and a lot left, but throughout all of them I was the one that didn't quit and stayed no matter what even if that meant having to do jobs that weren't mine.
