Ministry of Dreams (The Ministry Side of Business of Dreams)

• Oversees strategic development of 'Dreamonstrators' (a global evangelistic dream movement) to enhance support for national and international ministries in their mission to spread the message of Jesus.
• Facilitates training sessions and ministers across the country to promote awareness of the relationship between God's supernatural power and spiritual visions, empowering the Christian community.
• Crafted and implemented a transformative curriculum for "Dreamonstrators Seers Academy" aimed at expanding the movement through the strategic recruitment and development of instructors, interpreters, and coaches.
• Orchestrates annual gathering for dreamers and seers, overseeing worship, teachings, and ministry roles to empower believers in their spiritual assignments resulting in deliverance and salvation for many souls
• Facilitates the creation of supportive spaces across the country, fostering community and connection among dreamers and seers.

Business of Dreams (The Business Side)

• Established and developed a faith based coaching, training, and consulting firm focused on empowering individuals, businesses, and organizations to achieve specific goals through tailored coaching and consulting strategies pulled from their very own God given Dreams
• Creates and implements programs such as "Vision Culture Mastery" and "Wealthy Dreamers School of Dreams" to facilitate success and personal growth based on divinely inspired dreams and visions
• Facilitates 1 on 1 and group coaching through dream interpretation and focused intercession
• Orchestrates and Manages seminars and gatherings such as the "Wealthy Dreamers Live Experience" for affluent visionaries, CEOS's, executive leaders, community leaders and entrepreneurs resulting in clarity for direction, growth in business and in sales, financial gains, the successful launches of works, and an increase of faith in God

• Managed weekly operational activities to enhance effectiveness of ministry programs, services, and training initiatives.
• Facilitated collaboration among 20 leaders to achieve peak functionality and impact within ministry operations.
• Managed planning and execution of community initiatives, training programs, and events to foster local involvement and support.
• Provided tailored counseling services to assist community members in navigating family dynamics, marriage transitions, and grief processes.
