Roles and Responsibilites:

• Responsible for supporting and monitoring the all cargo applications to ensure the smooth process.
• Responsible for monitoring and anaylzing the application health, business transaction and utilization of core nodes in Appdynamics and Dynatrace.
• Responsible for supporting the entire booking process of Cargo shipments in UC360.
• Updating the flight records for both DOM and INT shipments during the failure of message processing.
• Monitoring the web bookings for any errors and anaylzing the web API calls to resolve the issue.
• Testing the web bookings in lower environments to anaylze the issue.
• Participated during Change calls and P1, P2 calls to validate the all cargo applications.
• Responsible for analyzing and solving the Station agents queries with respect to the booking process of Cargo shipments.
• Analyzing the errors reported by Station agents and business during the booking process.
• Responsible for analyzing and resolving the tickets raised by Station agents and business in service now.
• Co-ordinate with Station agents, business and Vendor to resolve the issue as per SLA.
• Monitoring the production jobs in Control-M to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintaining the technical document and sending the production update to Business on daily basis.
• Participated in scrum calls, business calls to ensure the smooth production flow.
• Participated in regular business reviews, ensuring high-quality standards were consistently met across standard efforts.

• Responsible for supporting and monitoring the application, checking the server logs for any issues.
• Monitoring the Linux servers and database to check the file loads and application performance.
• Monitoring the Production & QA Jobs in Control-M to ensure the smooth process.
• Responsible for managing and stopping the applications during Linux patching,
• Responsible for solving the Pricing Analyst queries & issues with respect to the application and providing the login access to the users.
• Co-ordinate with Users and Vendor to resolve the issue as per SLA.
• Raising the incident in service now portal for any application issues and coordinate the response to major incidents, ensuring timely resolution as per SLA.
• Maintaining the technical document and sending the production update to Business leadership.
