Summary

I am an expert in Compliance Program related activities. I have performed measurement services or field related activities in 53 counties in Georgia. I have conducted both District Compliance Training and District GPS Training. I am an Expert in the Non-Insured Crop Disaster Assistance Program. I attended the first National NAP Training Meeting and two subsequent National NAP Training Meetings. I served as one of two State Trainers for the implementation of the NAP program in Georgia. I have served as a COT/CEDT Trainer for 24 years and I have trained 30 COT's or CEDT's in the areas of County Office Administration, Compliance, Conservation Reserve Program, Emergency Conservation Program, Emergency Relief Program, Marketing Assistance Loan Program, Non-Insured Crop Disaster Assistance Program, Payment Limitations and Tree Assistance Program. I served as a State Trainer for the MIDAS Implementation. I served as a Pilot County and State Trainer for Implementation of Terra software. I served as Pilot County and State Trainer for EWR software. I served as a Pilot County and State Trainer for the implementation of Garmin GPS use. I served as a State Trainer for the CAT Insurance implementation. I served as a State Trainer for the 2002 Farm Bill Implementation. I served on the National Task Force for the review of beneficial interest with regards to LDP's and MAL's. The review group I chaired reviewed over 1,200 LDP's and the results of that review lead to the current beneficial interest policy. I have personally conducted interviews and hiring for six Program Technicians and six Temporary Program Technicians. I have successfully completed the Farm Loan Training Modules and have assisted in Direct and Emergency Loan making process. I have completed emergency loss calculations, environmental reviews prior to foreclosure and chattel appraisals.
