Committed to maintaining professionalism and punctuality in all transport assignments but I got hurt on the job in November 2022. I had to have neck surgery, and I'm left with many medical issues. I cannot lift. I cannot stand long, nor sit long. I have back pains and take medication to ease the pain, and the meds cause drowsiness. My feet burn, my equilibrium is off, and my leg gives out on me; therefore, I have to walk with a cane at all times. I have constant headaches and memory loss, all of which hinder my work performance, but I want to work because I need to continue providing for my family.
