My career path led me right back to where I started, but this time as an Assistant Manager!

I trained team members on customer service and daily operation procedures!

I engaged a lot with customers, answering any questions and help resolve any issues they may have had!

Handling money was a big part of my job description as well.

I had very similar roles at Regal compared to NCG.

I was a top trainer of floor staff and oversaw daily operations

I would always have a positive work environment by making sure teamwork was in affect and communication was being properly used.

One of my main tasks was doing stock orders every week. I would make sure it was all accounted for, put it away and then upload the receipts to our payables team.

I was hired on as a floor staff member, but then I quickly made my way to a Team Lead role!

I assisted training new staff members very often on how to operate all positions and how to engage with our customers thoroughly.

I used strong communication skills when interacting with both customers and coworkers.
