  • I’m very proficient in the following tools: Blackhawk (which I use to find associates, check rates, and find MMD carts), rodeo, process path rollup (my manager has trained me to use it to look at TOT , code AAs to their correct paths, and look at rates to see where we need to improve), flex corp(which allows me to help my manager find those for labor share), river (it allows me to put in tickets for equipment rather than the manager having to do it), Commandcenter, Dailyplanet (I use this to look after the AAs and help the manager by checking to make sure we don't have any time off task), Flowsortation (sometimes totes will stay on induct status and I use it find the line it’s on), Microsoft word/sheets and pack from Pslip

· Edited the scripts of the pick teams’ rodeos to highlight when units are in overage this allows them greater control over making sure their units don’t miss SLA or PAD time by being able to call down units and dwell them for problem solve to handle pack and sort defects.
