• I started off in the bag off position where my job was to bag and weigh peanuts using hmi screens to operate machinery and make sure each bag is filled to specifications.

I was then given job title of final grading technician where my job is to collect samples of peanuts and test them to make sure the color, moisture, temperature, shape, and overall grade of the peanuts are in specification for our customer.

Conduct routine quality checks on product shape, taste, and size as back-up Quality Control Technician for shift.

• Ensure the plant and machines are cleaned using various chemicals and cleaning techniques in a timely manner while following all safety procedures.
• I also used forklifts to unload sanitation chemicals and other ingredients from trucks.

• Using HMI consoles it was my job to make sure the peanuts were moved to the proper place and the proper ingredients were added in the correct quantities (salt, sugar, honey, molasses, peanut oil) to each particular type of peanut butter and transferred to the production line to be packaged and shipped.

• When I began with staff management I worked in the combos shipping area stacking and hand packing boxes of combos in the correct pattern in a timely manner.
• I gained a lead position with staff management in the nut plant which I obtained after only working 45 days.
• My current responsibilities are to assign duties to group members, make sure that each position is filled and maintained to the best ability of each employee, make sure all paperwork is turned in and filled out correctly at the end of each shift, monitor and make sure all safety guidelines are being met and all rules are being followed by each employee.
• My secondary job is to load bags of peanuts onto truck using forklift, make sure they are correctly scanned, and sent to the correct destination.

• To process poultry using a knife to separate various parts of chicken.
• Then was moved to shipping area where I was responsible for loading and unloading product using forklift and processing paperwork such as what was loaded, the weight, what time it was loaded.

• Operate forklift to load and unload trucks, move product within warehouse, operate standup forklift (pallet jack) to load onto trucks.
