- My role as the DEI Captain at our store is to foster a warm, inviting environment for our teammates. We review company policy on related topics & I often set up dialogue circles or ice breaker exercises to address monthly topics provided by Corporate.
- I am also part of the Atlanta District Lead Council for DSG, where we discuss company trends, topics that affect our local market, and help each other train to move up to a salaried management position.
