Summer project: Woodridge Elementary (May 2024- August

2024)

• 58, 562 SF Elementary school in Dekalb County, Ga
• Complete Mechanical renovation, including a new cooling tower and 34 new water-sourced heat pumps, 6 ERUs, 5 RTUs
• New sprinkler system and fire lines
• New fire alarm system
• New acoustic ceiling
• Responsibilities included supporting project managers and superintendents in project coordination and execution.

Current project: Manor Chamblee (since August 2024)

• Ground-up 448,000 SF multifamily 385-unit apartment building in Chamblee, GA
• Started and most active in the owners' acceptance phase and interior finishes
• Current responsibilities include facilitating and coordinating punch and completion lists with subcontractors and supporting project managers and superintendents with project execution.

Installing and retrofitting LED and fluorescent light fixtures, replacing ballasts and drivers, installing switches and sensors, installing receptacles and other basic electrical devices, and troubleshooting faulty devices and light fixtures.

Installation of electrical conduit, boxes, and building service panels (rough work). Pushing wire, landing service, landing disconnects, landing ac units, and making correct taps.Trimming in and installing devices such as GFI outlets, duplex outlets, NEMA connectors, emergency stop switches, key switches, 2-way and 3-way switches.

• Customer Service -Help customers with rental needs, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and dispatching trucks

• Hitch Professional- Installing towing components such as trailer wiring and hitches, troubleshooting electrical problems on trailers and vehicles, rewiring trailer lighting, and preventative maintenance
