Chris Hess

During my time at Preston Baptist I am providing pastoral care to individuals in need, offering counseling, guidance, and support during difficult times. as well as providing spiritual care through visitation, counseling, and prayer.

During my time at Waldrop Baptist Church , I led programs such as worship, study, fellowship, and service opportunities. I was blessed to coordinated special events such as baptisms, weddings, and funerals, providing pastoral care during significant moments in congregants' lives.

During my time at we tripled our worship attendance with the support of the Associate Pastor, Youth and Music Minister and God's guidance. In addition, a 7,000 foot youth center was established.

During my time at Ladonia Baptist Church, God led us to grow the youth ministry from 5 to 70 students. I was blessed to lead outreach and evangelism ministry, children's ministry, coordinate mission trips and assist the pastor in the leadership of the church.

During my time at Wynnbrook I provided leadership for youth ministry through preaching, worship planning and mentoring young leaders. God blessed by growing the youth ministry from 8 to 130 students. I coordinated and led ministry locally, nationally and internationally. I also coordinated the association ministries including Bold 2000 with over 6,000 youth in attendance. It is at Wynnbrook that we started our gospel singings which continue today.

While at Tusculum Hills Baptist I provided leadership for the youth ministry through preaching, worship planning and mentoring of young leaders. I was blessed to lead retreats, events and saw a great transformation and growth.
