Strong focus on team collaboration and adaptability to changing organizational needs, ensuring seamless operations and goal achievement.
I have completed four years with Upstream and during my time here I have worked in various roles. In my first year, I worked as an office coordinator and worked directly with patients to ensure they received exceptional front office care prior to and after their appointment. New patient and current patient registration were my two main responsibilities along with maintaining records, collecting insurance and verifying benefits. In my second year, I was promoted to Senior Office Coordinator and shifted from front office operations and patient care management to managing a team of office coordinators. My main responsibilities were to keep the team up to date on all changes that took place regarding our front office operations. Other responsibilities included training new hires, traveling to supervise office coordinators and redirect activity where needed. In August of 2023, I transferred to our PLCC scheduling team and my main duty was scheduling patients from home. In December, I was moved from general scheduling to Motor Vehicle Accident scheduling. My role on the MVA team has given me an opportunity to build work flows for our team and streamline relationships with Trio Solutions, our main personal injury funding group. I have maintained these relationships for the last two years. My current duties are mainly case management along with scheduling, and creating and maintaining workflows for an ever-changing environment.
