I Received a Bachelor’s degree in Hotels and Tourist Management in August 2017 from O&M University Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Since then, I have worked in various resorts / hotels around the world as well as a telecommunication company, a preschool, and restaurants here in the United States. Through out my career I’ve learned the importance of providing customer service, how to work under pressure, how to interact with customers and responding appropriately to questions.
