  • My time at ATCO Rubber was spent managing 4 departments that consisted of 88 employees. During the time I was managing these staff members, I was responsible for their schedules, coverage, and ensuring the flow of production was not hindered. I monitored the employee’s performance and ensured all policies were streamlined properly. It was my responsibility to create and manage the weekly production schedule and prepare for any shipments being received. I did daily/weekly inventory checks and ordered any materials that may have been low or not stocked properly. During the inventory checks I was sure to monitor and control production cost and scheduling production activities. It was important during this time period I ensured that production meets quality standards and training new/existing staff members to the same expectations.
