As a customer service agent for Hertz, my main goal was to WOW every customer. In an effort to keep Hertz as a leading rental car company, I had to assist customers in person, help to resolve any payment issues, assign cars to their preferences and sometimes even assist with transporting them to the airport for an even easier transition.
