  • Manage and oversee (3) Acam's to ensure they work productively, meet deadlines, and uphold company standards. Offer Acam's training and approve their payroll, vacation, and plan remote work schedule.
  • Oversee Ash, Inspector of Properties and drives.
  • I supervise a manager with a portfolio of (9) communities, streamlining daily emails, projects, and tasks to meet board deadlines and enhance confidence and efficiency while meeting with the board to assist where needed.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for GA branch, including but not limited to annual meetings, pool closing and openings, management fees, insurance for all communities, and budgets.
  • I oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory of company equipment, shipping hardware to corporate when necessary, and working with IT to set up office equipment like scanners and check printers.
  • I serve as the point of contact between the vendors and all managers for the new community gate and pool setup in the DK system.
  • We have several in-house communities for which I am responsible for setting up and maintaining the DK that controls pool and gate access.
  • Maintain a calendar that tracks staff birthdays and work anniversaries.
  • I am the after-hours emergency contact for the GA office building's alarm system.
  • In addition to my multiple roles, I serve as an Acam for one community Northport.
  • Upload Community Documents to Archive, such as insurance info, board member contact and terms.
  • Assist with all resident correspondence with regards to request community forms, general payment questions, ACC requests, etc.
  • Assist in the tracking of expiration dates on all agreements for assigned associations (landscape maintenance, etc.), solicit bids for renewal, renew the agreements with current vendor if requested and/or assist the bid packet preparation. Ensure that all agreements are fully executed and are appropriately filed.
  • Set up files for new associations as assigned and maintain association files per standard office procedures.
  • Build and foster positive relationships with residents to ensure a high level of service, timely and complete resolution of resident concerns, good communications, and continuous improvement in services for the community.
  • Attend monthly Manager's and training meetings as required. Plus, other work-related tasks as needed.
  • Work with CAM Central to ensure proper service delivery to clients.
  • Work with onboarding prior to manager appointment to ensure all info is received and work with new management companies to ensure all info is transferred upon termination.
