  • I began my career at What Chefs Want as an entry-level employee 10 years ago, motivated by the birth of my first child. I steadily rose through the ranks, becoming a department supervisor, then operations manager after the acquisition of Bluefin Seafood. As What Chefs Want expanded, I traveled to various warehouses nationwide, implementing company culture and management systems. This led to my promotion to regional operations director. After several years, I was offered the position of overall operations director for the new hub in Atlanta, which I accepted. Following continued success in Atlanta, I am now seeking a new career opportunity.
