I steadily rose through the ranks, becoming a department supervisor, then operations manager after the acquisition of Bluefin Seafood. As What Chefs Want expanded, I traveled to various warehouses nationwide, implementing company culture and management systems. This led to my promotion to regional operations director. After several years, I was offered the position of overall operations director for the new hub in Atlanta, which I accepted.
