  • Was one of the first 5 agents to participate in the creation of the Glass Claims Internet Unit being nominated for a 2007 Corporate Quality Award for my work as a part of team for streamlining the online glass claims process making it easy for policyholders to file online claims
  • In 2011 successfully passed the Georgia Insurance Licensing Exam and started my transition to being an active phone service agent assisting customers throughout the Midwest and Southeast regions
  • Obtained a Silver Tier in the Chairman's Club due to my high levels of performance as a phone service insurance agent responsible for helping policyholders with counseling them in all aspects of their coverage and making changes to meet their needs in 2013
  • Transitioned to the Internet Service Team in 2017 where I currently hold multiple non-resident licenses allowing me to work with customers in multiple states through CRM to actively chat with and answer customers via email
