My job duties are to enhanced production efficiency by assembling components according to specifications and following standard procedures. Reduced assembly time with proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.

Improved safety standards by adhering to company protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Delivered timely completion of projects thanks to strong time management skills and prioritizing tasks effectively based on deadlines and workload demands.

Ensured product quality through thorough inspection of assembled items before moving them to the next stage in the process. I also sub the CAB, lift with hoist and set on tractor to be attached. My finale assembly is to tighten everything down properly and safely.

My job responsible for landscaping in the area of Whitelaw,Cyber and Mod 2, mowing, weed cutting, pruning trees, shrubs. Reduced water waste by installing efficient irrigation system maintenance and repair. Operated heavy equipment such as tractors, chainsaw, mowers, blowers safely to complete large scale projects.

Helped maintain sports fields, ensuring they were properly marked, groomed, and ready for game day events.

My responsibilities consist of entering information into the database, processing software and physically testing warranty parts. This job required critical thinking and multi-tasking skills to ensure customer satisfaction. I was able to master usage of all hand tools and testing machines within an short-time span. I communicated with customers and manufactures of warranty parts to determined the best solution for customer. I used common power tools as well as specialty tools for certain parts.

Communicating with customers, based on their preferences and our work order restrictions. I would provide the best solution for the customers. I would disassemble and customize golf cars by welding or painting them and reassembling them. This would all be completed within the designated time allotted. I used power tools such as power drill,impact driver bare tool, impact torque wrench, angle impact wrench, angle grinder and abrasive chop saw bare tool. I used specialty tools such as Job-site table saw and Oscillating multi-tool bare tool. I was a volunteer member of the Re-work team, traveling from many different states testing battery voltage and replacing the batteries from each golf cars we test.

I was responsible for the alignment of front-end wheels and driving shaft. I used Dyno, which is a computer software, to set the speed for each vehicle. In 2013, I advanced to the welding shop where I learned to weld different frames such as metal and stainless steel.

I had a wide variety of assembling responsibilities such as installing decals on the rear body,installing arm rests,seat bottoms and seat backs. I also completed fix defects (re-work) at the end of the assembly line. Once my portions were completed, I floated to other assembly areas to help finish the job.

I was trained on different assembly lines such as electric line, gas line and 4x4 production line along with parts line. In 2005, I was offered a more permanent position within the company.

I was promoted from Assembler Operator to Team Leader within 3 years of service. Reviewed goals set by corporate. I defined our manufacturing performance standards and audited the team. I was responsible for leading 20-25 associates. I completed schedules and onboarding paperwork. I would also resolve conflicts between team members.
