• Implemented recreation programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, as well as participants who are wheelchair users.

• Managed all aspects of all 4 SOGA state competitions to include management of a volunteer team with each competition. Secured facilities for each event.
• Held monthly meetings with each management team to execute the competitions in an organized fashion.
• Negotiated contracts with vendors, securing favorable terms and cost savings for the organization.
• Registered all athletes across the state into the Games Management system to ensure all medicals were updated, and scores where entered properly.

• Organized and implemented a year round program consisting of Special Olympics, Summer Day Camp with individuals with intellectual, and physical disabilities.
• Hired staff to work Summer Camp.
• Ordered and maintained facility making sure to order needed supplies, and turn in proper and timely work orders.
