Highly accomplished and dedicated professional cyclist with 14 years of experience competing at elite levels domestically and internationally seeking to leverage extensive expertise, strong work ethic, and proven track record of success to pursue opportunities in sports business.
L39ion of Los Angeles will prove to be my toughest challenge in Cycling. Coming back to America after full time European racing with Rally, the state of American cycling was in a downward spiral post covid. L39ion's goal was lofty, to essentially resurrect a sport, bring in more people of color, and create a sense of belonging in American Cycling. Three years on, not only have we been the most dominant team in America, but we've brought in new fans of the sport, engaged in communities across America, and have changed the identity of the American professional cyclist.
Rally Pro Cycling was the top ranked professional team in North America when I signed with them in 2018. Rally is where I gained most of my international experience where I raced in Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and all across Europe. A mediocre spring campaign gave way to a breakthrough summer where I won the USA professional Criterium championships. in 2019 I won one of the team's 5 UCI victories, and finished just off the podium at the National Championships.
Brought back to Holowesko-Citadel Pro Cycling (formerly known as Hincapie Racing) for 2017, I was to again be the road captain and designated sprinter. The move back to my former team lead to one of the best victories in my career at the Tour of Utah, America's toughest stage race. I lead the Tour of Utah for two stages, the Nature Valley grand prix for multiple stages, finished on the podium at the National Championships, and also won the overall at the Armed Forces Cycling Classic.
Top leadout man for the team's more experienced sprinters. Put in a position to learn while also expected to perform if opportunities were to arise. Helped the team achieve multiple victories internationally while also becoming the 2016 Pro Road Tour Champion individually.
A brand new professional team in 2012, I was brought on as the team sprinter. Being such a new team, I was also tasked with building out a roster of not only riders, but capable support staff as well. After only 5 months on the job, we went from riders to barely finishing races to me winning a national championship, multiple international podiums throughout the remainder of the season, and one of the most talented rosters in the country. After the 2012 season I was given free reign to recruit other riders and staff. By the end of my tenure at Hincapie racing in 2015, we achieved countless wins and podium finishes across the world and graduated multiple riders to the worldtour, most of whom are still there today. I was once again voted on the road Captain by my teammates and directors all four seasons.
Inaugural professional season at 19 years old. Learned how to work in a professional environment with veterans of the sport, many of whom raced some of the biggest races in the world, including the Tour De France. Absorbed a multitude of communication skills, and time management acumen. Moreover, how to operate smooth logistics domestically and internationally to achieve results on and off the bike. I was voted on the road Captain by my teammates and directors halfway through the 2019 season.
