Since my employment began, I've been responsible for documenting liquor usage, drink mixers and everything relating to bar. As Head Bartender, I am always responsible for closing duties such as cleaning and resetting products for the next shift.

During my employment, I started as a server and transitioned to a Bartender. At juicy crab we were responsible for preparing, greeting, and tending to guests. While working here I got accustomed to working with a team due to the positive leniency we were given. Communication before the shift was a must and helping other servers was encouraged by staff.

Working here I enjoyed the late night shifts and ambience of the lounge. After a certain time the kitchen closed and the establishment was used as a night lounge. During the late shift we had to be knowledgeable of the liquors and very attentive to our sections.
