  • Proactively communicated with customers regarding estimated time of completion (ETC), repair types, and trends to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assists sales team in collecting purchase order numbers, and aid Sales in closing carefully reviewed orders, as needed.
  • Clarified and documented low to mid-level customer complaints while guiding CCR team to resolve issues effectively.
  • Mentor, coach and lead CCR team members in problem solving, ongoing training, process implementation and improvement.
  • Escalate mid to high level complaints to Customer Care Manager
  • Generate ad hoc reports for customers and/or field representatives. Analyze reports for accuracy and level of detail.
  • Deliver billable damage loaner repair quotes.
  • Handled all incoming main line calls to assist customers with inquiries and service requests.
