Led all collaboration between FLETC and over 120 federal law enforcement agencies.
Served on the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Deputies Management Action Group, which established policy and budgets across all DHS agencies.

Led all operational and administrative mission areas in the District of Massachusetts, the District of Oregon, the Western District of Virginia, and the District of Rhode Island.
Served as Commander of Operation FALCON 2008, which resulted in the arrest of over 19,000 violent offenders, of whom 161 were wanted for murder, over 1,000 sex offenders, 388 gang members, and numerous other violent offenses nationwide.
Served in numerous other capacities, including Chairman of the Chief Investigative Advisory Board, agency proposing official, Financial Services and Business Improvement Advisory Board member, and the Fugitive Apprehension Risk Mitigation Advisory Team.
Served as the lead inspector for the White House's detail to the Office of National Drug Control Policy.
Served as a Witness Security Inspector for the Witness Security Program.
