Responsible for driving vehicle sales while delivering a premium customer experience that successfully represents the brand’s luxury image.

Builds relationships with customers by assessing their needs, presenting and demonstrating vehicles, conducting test drives, explaining features and financing options, negotiating and closing sales.

Preparing contracts, coordinating with dealership departments for smooth delivery, maintaining accurate records, staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Oversee metal fabrication operations, staff and workflow.

Ensure quality and safety, maintain equipment, and implement process improvements.

Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensure material availability, and collaborate with departments to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.

Ensure fabrication quality control procedures comply with industry standards for finished products and blueprints.

Review and interpret policies and guidance to ensure compliance with DoD, DoN, and Marine Corps regulations; recommend improvements to strengthen processes and regulatory compliance.

Pre- and post-award contract solicitations, cost/price analysis, and contract administration.

Provide acquisition and technical guidance to contracting officers and internal customers, and internal stakeholders.

Track performance and analyze procurement metrics and prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support management and higher headquarters decision-making.

Coordinate with Marine Corps units, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify and support management of procurement programs.
