I am a self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and advanced competency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Maximizer (Customer Relationship Management), and Oracle-Human Capital Management. Alongside these technical proficiencies, I hold a Degree in Social Sciences-Psychology and a Diploma in Human Rights Law.
As a result-oriented individual, I possess extensive knowledge of Botswana's labor laws and practices. Over the past 10 years, I have developed a wealth of skills and expertise, particularly in collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. My areas of competence also include recruitment and placement, payroll management, employee benefits, office operations, and employee relations. I have successfully resolved employee disputes and grievances promptly and effectively.
I am a proud member of the Public Accounts Committee and have held various Human Resource positions, advancing to the role of Assistant Manager in the Botswana Public Service. My dedication to efficiency and excellence has been reflected in my accelerated promotions on two occasions. Moreover, I championed the use of government HR systems, such as Infinium and Oracle, in the Ministry of Transport and Communications. I was also entrusted with the responsibility of training trainers across the entire public service.
