My parents and I immigrated to the US when I was 9 with $300 and yet I was able to "flip" my first house with a newborn in toe at age 26, to travel extensively, home school my kids and gift them years of living barefoot and worry free on a Costa Rican beach because of "wholesaling", and to grow a new business during the Covid lockdown.
