Yinglin Ma

Graduated in 2021 in Georgia State University with the Bachelor degree of Political Science. Growing up as a bilingual, I have enjoyed learning about different cultures and have been good at adapting to new environments. The experience of working in different fields of work and meeting new people from all around the world has made me passionate, love communication, and willing to conquer any challenges that I run into.

My 3 years+ Implementation experiences in MEDITECH have shaped me with dedicated in communication with customers, and professional skilled in managing complex software issues and ensuring seamless integrations. I have an excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction, and providing effective solutions while collaborating with cross functional teams. My adaptive capacity allows me to adapt to a fast pace working environment and multitasking, I was able to work closely with more than 8 health organizations at a time and led them all to a successful Go Live.

I am skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations, and I am ready for a new position challenges that involves providing customer assistance in the IT medical industry.
