My position at Clark and Washington (bankruptcy) was Working in case management also known as our 341 department.
My tasks in regards to case management: would include taking filing fee payments, installments and setting up attorney fees.
Registering clients for their credit counseling and sending their credit report from CIN.
Taking down additional creditors that clients had that were not listed on their credit report and Informing paralegals also informing when clients paid.
I would make appointments for paralegals/attorneys.
I Uploaded documents to our database and to the trustee portal prior to their 341 hearings.
I was responsible for responding to client emails, texts and phone calls.
In regards to 341 hearings, I was responsible for handling 2 judges and pulling the calendar every week to inform clients what documents were missing prior to the 341 hearing as well as informing when the 341 hearing would take place.
I was also Sending out tax and pay affidavits as well as questionnaires.
I would have to Remind clients to send documents and take the second credit course as well as pay any court filing fees to avoid dismissal of their case.
