High School Involvement & Skills
Actively participated in BETA Club, contributing to community service projects such as catering for the CURE Dinner cancer fundraiser, reading to children, and assisting with blood drives. Gained teamwork and leadership experience as a member of the school tennis team. Developed hands-on culinary skills through the schools culinary program, catering for large events. Additionally, learned 3D modeling and graphic design, further expanding creative and technical abilities.
Started in the assembly department, gaining hands-on experience with production processes and quality control. Transitioned to working with industrial engineers to conduct time studies on manufacturing processes, analyzing workflow efficiency and identifying improvements. Skilled in both hands-on production and process optimization.
Supervised daily operations, led the team, and handled register closeouts and cash management as a keyholder. Designed the store’s official logo, which is still in use. Assisted with training staff, preparing sandwiches, scooping ice cream, and ensuring excellent customer service. Represented the business in the town’s Christmas parade, actively participating by walking in the event.
Operated the cash register, processed transactions, and assisted customers with purchases. Handled sorting, tagging, and hanging clothing in the soft-line department to keep the sales floor organized. Maintained cleanliness, restocked merchandise, and provided friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
