· Administered medications to patients as prescribed (e.g long-acting antipsychotics like Invega, Haldol Decoanate) and educate patients about their medications/diagnoses

· Assess walk-in patients with urgent concerns (e.g., worsening symptoms, suicidal ideations, side effects), provide brief interventions and escalate to psychiatrist if necessary
